How long will my order take to ship?
Each oil is worked and infused for a minimum of two weeks. This ensures that your oil is at peak potency when it reaches you. Thus, orders usually take 14-21 days to process before shipping. Please remember that all oils and spelled items are crafted by one person by hand so your patience is always appreciated. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way to you.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Sadly, no. Because the oils require a minimum 14 day infusion process, we cannot offer rush shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally. In the future we look forward to serving our international customers!
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
Once we ship your order, it is in the hands of the carrier. We ship with USPS so if an item is lost or delayed we strongly recommend that you contact them for assistance. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help out. However, Sticky Saints Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
After the initial 24 hour period, we do not accept refunds, returns or cancellations. This is because each item is handmade to order and spiritually prepared. If you need to cancel your order, please do so in the 24 hour window after purchase. Otherwise, all sales are final due to the nature of our work.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because of the handmade and spiritual nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, nor refunds.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Please make sure to triple-check your shipping address before you complete your order. If your order has not been processed, we may be able to update it. Email us at thecreolewitch@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes or offer a refund.
What if my package is returned to the sender?
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up, we can reship it at your expense. We are not responsible for additional shipping fees due to an incorrect address. If there are issues with the carrier, please contact them directly.
What ingredients are used in your oils and other products?
All oils are made using grapeseed oil as the primary carrier oil, infused with various herbs and essential/fragrance oils.
How do I use my oils?
Each oil comes to you ready to use! However, you should always set your own intentions as well before each use.
Is this skin safe?
Please do a patch test before full use and wait 24 hours to make sure there is no reaction or sensitivity. Apply to the inside of your wrist or elbow. If any irritation occurs, stop using it immediately.
Is this safe for pregnant people or around pets?
If you are unsure about a product’s safety for pregnancy or around pets, please consult with your doctor or veterinarian.
Can I order a custom oil?
At this time, customs are currently closed.
